Up to five people can comfortably enjoy the apartment thanks to its two double bedrooms and a sofa bed.

From all the rooms, you can enjoy sea views, and despite its proximity to Arenal Beach, it’s situated in a quiet area, making it a true luxury.

Upon entering, you’ll feel that connection with the earth, as wood is always present, providing warmth and comfort. The living area is spacious, bright, and welcoming. Here, you’ll find the dining area surrounded by magnificent copper-colored iron beams that remind you of the building’s history.
